- No — this is expected. Most generic typing sites count space-separated words regardless of length. Typingzoo uses the internationally recognised keystroke-based formula: 5 keystrokes=1 word. This is more accurate and consistent with professional and certification-level typing standards worldwide.
- Typingzoo supports typing tests in multiple languages including English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Hindi, and more. We are continuously adding new languages based on user demand. If you need a language that is not yet available, use the contact form and select "Language Support Request" — we prioritise the most-requested languages.
- Use the contact form above and select "Bug / Technical Issue". Please include: your browser name and version, your operating system, the exact page URL where the bug occurred, and a brief description of what happened vs what you expected. Screenshots are very helpful.
- Yes — all practice tests, drills, and guides on Typingzoo are entirely free for everyone, everywhere. There are no premium tiers or paywalled features. This is a core commitment of the platform, not a promotional offer.
